How it works
- You submit your catalog in CSV, XML, JSON or via API (REST or GraphQL).
- We map your products to our internal categories and those of the target marketplaces.
- Your products become available in the Sellavi sellers' catalog within 48 to 72 hours.
- Orders arrive automatically on your side via webhook or dedicated platform, already paid by the seller.
- You ship directly to the end customer and provide the tracking number to Sellavi.
- The payment is released to your account once shipping is confirmed.

Eligibility criteria
To be listed, your business must meet the following criteria:
- Company registered in France or the European Union, with an intra-community VAT number;
- Minimum catalog of 50 active SKUs;
- Stock immediately available (no undocumented pre-orders);
- Ability to ship within 48 business hours at minimum;
- Compliance with the regulations applicable to your category (CE, REACH, RoHS, EN71 toys, etc.);
- Acceptance of the supplier partner T&Cs.
Priority categories
We currently prioritize the following categories: home & decor, fashion & accessories, sports & outdoor, beauty & cosmetics, consumer electronics, toys & games, office supplies. Other categories can be reviewed case by case.
Processing time
The standard processing time for a supplier application (catalog review + integration + tests) is 48 to 72 business hours. Suppliers already compatible with a standard Sellavi format can be live in under 24 hours.
